

A new couple continues the concept of the original restaurant owners, who took the recipes of their respective grandparents, from Italy and Oaxaca, to create a very special combination.
Here you will find the great food and warm service you've come to expect. And, if it’s your first visit, be sure to try the Enchiladas del Abue, stuffed with beef and dried fruit and covered with Oaxacan red mole, or the fetuccini poblano (with only handmade pasta). You'll also find a great variety of fresh salads.
Come to El Abue, located on one of the nicest plazas in Guanajuato, Plaza Baratillo, and enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner together with your friends.
Thursday nights are 2x1 in cocktails, with live baroque music from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Afternoon cake, every day from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, you order your cake or apple pie and your coffee is free.
